TLA has secured a discounted group rate of $354 per night (plus applicable taxes and fees, double occupancy) at the Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa and The Villas of Amelia Island for stays between April 23, 2026, and May 5, 2026 — giving attendees the opportunity to arrive early or stay longer and turn the conference into a full vacation experience.

Getting to Amelia Island
Airport Information
The Omni Amelia Island Resort is easily accessible by car or air through Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) and offers a variety of transportation services to make your arrival seamless.
- Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) – Approximately 29 miles / 45 minutes from the Omni Amelia Island Resort
- Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport (FHB) – Approximately 5 miles / 10 minutes from the Omni (private and charter flights only)
- Taxi and rideshare options are readily available to the Resort from JAX.
Private Transportation
East Coast Transportation provides direct, non-stop transfers from JAX for a fee. Advance reservations are recommended to ensure availability.
Car Rental
JAX offers a full range of car rental agencies, including Enterprise, Hertz, Avis, Budget, and National. Driving to Amelia Island provides flexibility for exploring the resort and nearby attractions.
